    螺旋焊管双面埋弧焊焊偏在X射线成像中的判别

    Distinguishing About the Spiral Welded Pipe Two-Sided Submerged-Arc Welding in X Beam Image Formation

    • 摘要: 由于内外螺旋焊缝在空间位置分布的不同,可引起在X射线照射下投影位置的不同。若按判别一般平板双面焊缝焊偏的常规方法来判别螺旋焊管双面埋弧焊缝的焊偏,将与实际情况存在较大偏差。通过理论分析与计算,得出偏差的原因,提出注意事项及防止偏差的对策。该研究对准确判断螺旋焊管双面埋弧焊焊偏具有实际参考价值。

       

      Abstract: As the internal and external spiral welded seams showed different space distributions, it inevitably caused their different projective positions after being irradiated by X-Ray. When judging the off-seam of the spiral double submerged arc welded pipes seam by what used for common flat double seam, it would certainly result in big deviations with the real situation. Through theoretical analysis and calculation, the paper detailed the reasons of the deviation and proposed ways to prevent it. Current studies might have a real reference value in judging the off-seam of the spiral double submerged arc welded pipes seam.
