The Extracting and Analyzing on the Features of Ultrasonic Testing Signal Getting from PE Butt Weld

  • 摘要: 采用超声波对PE管对接焊缝进行检测。通过对所检测缺陷波形进行分析, 提取了其中8个对缺陷回波分析具有典型意义的特征量。对特征量进行主成分及回归分析, 得出与主要特征量相关的线性表达式。试验结果验证了回归方程的可信度, 为超声波智能检测中缺陷的判定提供了可靠的依据。
    Abstract: PE butt weld was tested by ultrasonic. By analyzing the defect wave got from the test, eight features were extracted. Then the principal component analysis and regression analysis were used to study these features and a linear expression related with features was got. By this study, a reliable base was given to ultrasonic flaw intelligent detection.
