Analysis of Unusual Noise During Eddy Current Testing for Zirconium Alloy Tube

摘要: 针对 10 mm×0.7 mm核用锆合金成品管材在涡流检验中出现检测噪声水平高的异常现象，分析了原因并进行了实验验证，确定了异常情况产生的原因，促进了工艺改进，提高了产品质量。

Abstract: Analysis and verification were proceeded for the unusual high noise during eddy current testing of zirconium alloy tube with dimension  10 mm×0.7 mm applied in reactor, the cause of unusual case was defined in order to improve the process and raise the quality of product.
