    固体火箭发动机部件的损伤探测

    Damage Detection of Solid Motor Units

    • 摘要: 固体火箭发动机缺陷主要包括燃烧室缺陷和喷管缺陷,这些缺陷在火箭发动机燃烧时将产生“超”燃烧表面,对发动机构成极大威胁。国内外用于固体火箭发动机缺陷的诊断探测方法主要有射线计算机断层扫描法(工业CT技术)、超声波脉冲发射法、低频超声检测方法、声-超声检测技术以及激光全息(散斑)无损检测法。这些方法都有其独特的针对性和特点,针对不同型号的发动机,可以综合应用多种方法对发动机进行无损检测。另外,检测设备的计算机化和配套建设,检测结果的定量判断,都将大大提高检测效率。

       

      Abstract: During combustion, solid rocket motor defect, including chamber defect and nozzle defect will produce “super” burning surface and constitute a great threat. Industrial computed tomography(CT) technology, ultrasonic pulse transmitting method, ultrasonic testing method, acoustic-ultrasonic detecting technology and laser holographic nondestructive detection method were used to detect defects. According to the different models, a variety of methods are integrated for nondestructive detecting. In addition, computerized detecting equipment and quantitative test results will greatly enhance the efficiency of detection.
