    基于振动特性的含冲击损伤复合材料检测的有限元模拟

    Finite Element Simulation of Composite Material with Impact Damage Detection Based on Vibration Characteristic

    • 摘要: 含冲击损伤复合材料的检测对于复合材料的损伤评估和材料的发展有着重要的意义,其检测方法要求具有简洁快速等特点.通过有限元模拟引入冲击损伤,以基于振动模态固有频率和改进的模态曲率损伤因子作为损伤指标,比较了没有损伤和损伤产生后复合材料的振动特征变化情况,并分析了含冲击损伤复合材料的损伤位置、损伤程度、铺层情况等参数对于振动特征参数的影响.结果表明:基于振动模态固有频率和改进的模态曲率损伤因子作为损伤指标对含损伤复合材料进行检测和评估的方法,对于实际检测有一定的指导意义,可应用于该类含损伤复合材料的无损检测.

       

      Abstract: Testing of composite materials with impact damage has an important significance for the damage assessment of composite materials and the development of materials.The damage detection method needs to be characteristic of being concise and quick.The impact damage was introduced,based on vibration modal frequencies and the improved modal curvature damage factor,the change of vibration characteristics of the composite materials with no damage and with impact damage was compared using finite element simulation.The influence of parameters such as damage location,damage level and the layer orientation of the composite material with impact damage on its vibration characteristic parameters were also studied.The results show that the method for detection and evaluation of the composite with damage based on vibration modal curvature modal frequencies and the improved damage factor is effective,which has certain guiding significance to actual test,and can be used for the nondestructive testing of composite materials with impact damage.
