    化肥厂气化炉衬里的红外热像故障分析

    Fault Analysis of Gasifier Furnace Lining Based on Infrared Thermal Imaging Technology

    • 摘要: 针对某化肥厂合成氨装置气化炉,采用型号为PM290E的红外热像仪对气化炉进行红外热像检测,并利用专用软件对拍摄的图像进行分析。根据传热学理论,计算该气化炉外壁的表面温度。在此基础上,提出了基于红外热像检测的故障诊断依据,并结合红外热像图,对相关故障缺陷进行分析评估。经生产实践证明,所提出的红外热像故障分析方法能很好地对气化炉故障进行诊断,为气化炉的安全运行提供了良好的指导。

       

      Abstract: In this paper, by using the thermal image technology, we detected the ammonia plants gasifier of a fertilizer plant through using the infrared camera of model PM290E and then using special software to capture images for analysis. Based on heat transfer theory we calculated the surface temperature of the gasifier wall. On this basis, we proposed a fault diagnosis theory based on infrared detection, and then we realized the failure defection analysis and evaluation. Now it proved that the proposed method of infrared thermal imaging could be a good failure analysis and diagnosis, which could provide a good guide for the safe operation of the gasifier.
