    钢试块在对接焊缝超声波探伤中的应用

    Application of Steel Block in Ultrasonic Inspection of Butt Welds Seam

    • 摘要: 为保证焊缝超声波检测结果的准确性、 可比性、重复性,利用钢试块测试调整仪器,结合相关理论计算,通过对反射体定位、灵敏度校准及对反射体当量进行修正,利用其修正结果能够确定检测灵敏度,评价缺陷的当量大小,完成对钛、铝焊缝的超声波探伤。经过模拟试验和现场检测,证明该种检测方法准确,可靠,有较高的实用价值。

       

      Abstract: In order to ensure the accuracy of the test results, comparability and repeatability, steel block testing and adjusting apparatus, combined with theoretical calculation, was used for the reflector positioning, sensitivity calibration and correction of the reflector equivalent. Ultrasonic inspection of welded joints in aluminum and titanium was performed by using the corrected results to determine the sensitivity of detection and to evaluate defect equivalent size. The simulation test and field test proved that the detection method was accurate, reliable, and of high practical value.
