Study on Ultrasonic Testing Technology of Propellant for Solid Rocket Motors

摘要: 针对火箭发动机某型号药柱, 利用超声反射法分别对人工标准缺陷和自然缺陷进行了试验检测, 并根据超声缺陷特征和信号幅值信息进行了成像处理, 通过X射线CT对自然缺陷的扫描结果对比表明, 该检测方法能较好地实现该型号药柱的线性定量无损检测。Abstract: Aiming at special type of propellant for solid rocket motors to detect the flaw of artificial standard and natural type respectively with ultrasonic pulse-echo method, then tests were under taken by the use of ultrasonic defect characters and signal extent to carry out ultrasonic imaging processing. Comparing the natural flaw testing result with X-ray CTs one showed that this method could accomplish linear quantitative non-destruct testing of this type of propellant for solid rocket motors.
