    沟槽所生漏磁场与槽宽和提离的关系

    Relation Between Magnetic Leakage Field Yielded by a Slot with Slot Width and Lifting Off

    • 摘要: 用等效磁偶极子简化模型来分析工件表面沟槽产生的漏磁场垂直分量Hz,得知对于任意槽宽2b和任一提离L,在横向(槽宽方向)距沟槽中心(b+Δ)处,Hz都会出现正、负极大值,其中Δ是b和L的复杂函数,故Hz正、负峰值间的横向距离Szp-p= 2(b+Δ),且Hz没有随L变化的极值。

       

      Abstract: The perpendicular component of magnetic leakage field yielded by a slot on the work piece surface Hz was analyzed by the simplified model of equivalent magnetic dipole in this paper. It was known that Hz must appear positive and negative maximum respectively at the spots where are (b+Δ) from the slot center in the crosswise (the direction of the slot width), in which Δ is a complex function of b and L, for any slot width 2b and lifting off L. So the transversal distance between positive and negative peaks of Hz, Szp-p=2(b+Δ), and Hz has not extreme value along with L change.
