    数字式超声波探伤仪横波探头自动校准的原理及应用

    Shear Wave Automatic Calibration of Digital Ultrasonic Flaw Detector

    • 摘要: 在分析了横波探头工作原理和自动校准原理的基础上,利用已知声速与未知声速的同步传播来实现声速的自动校准,进而计算零点偏移。使用试块CSK-ⅠA对入射点和折射角,即K值的自动校准进行了试验。并对探头前沿引入新的计算方法来减小误差。最后分析了影响缺陷评定的因素。

       

      Abstract: The working principle of the shear wave probe is analyzed. In the automatic calibration work principle foundation, the use of the velocity known synchronizes with the unknown, to realize the automatic calibration of sound velocity and zero off-set. Using the test block CSK-ⅠA tests the automatic calibration of the probe index point and angle of refraction. A new method calculates the probe frontier to reduce the error. At last, the paper analyzes the influence factors of defect evaluation.
