Nondestructive Testing of Composite Materials Based on Microwave Technology

摘要: 采用微波技术对复合材料内部缺陷进行了检测。选用三种不同非金属基的复合材料进行了微波无损检测试验。结果表明,回波损耗可以作为微波方法检测复合材料内部缺陷的特征参量,同时得出不同非金属基的介电常数对检测结果的影响。Abstract: The microwave technology was applied in detecting internal defects of composite material. Three different kinds of non-metallic matrix composite were used for microwave nondestructive testing experiments. The experimental results indicate that the return loss can be used as a characteristic parameter for detecting the internal defects of composite materials, and different non-metallic base dielectric constants have influence on the testing results.
