Image Procession by Wavelet Transform for Weld Defect Tested by Radiographic Testing

  • 摘要: 介绍了射线检测焊缝缺陷图像的性质。以Matlab图像处理软件为平台, 以小波变换为分析工具, 应用了三种小波变换的基本理论, 即连续小波分析、小波包树分析和快速提升小波分析, 对焊缝缺陷图像进行了处理, 得到了较为理想的处理效果。最后总结了不同小波分析方法的优缺点。
    Abstract: The weld image characteristics obtained by radiographic testing were introduced. Then software Matlab was taken as an image processing platform, wavelet transform methods were taken as a tool, three basic analyzing theories, such as continuous wavelet, wavelet packet tree and fast lifting wavelet were applied to process the defect image, and ideal processing results were obtained. At last, the advantages and shortcomings of each method were summarized.
