    火箭发动机装药包覆层检测系统设计

    Testing System Design for Rocket Motor Cladding

    • 摘要: 为了检测某型号固体火箭发动机装药包覆层胶接状态,提出了板波诱发纵波的超声检测技术。研制了一套超声C扫描自动检测系统,介绍了系统的组成、工作原理和软硬件设计。该系统以工业控制计算机为核心,在Parker四轴运动控制卡和自主开发的单片机延时板的协助下,实现了自动检测、胶接状态图像显示和胶接质量评估。实践证明,该系统性能稳定、检测精度高,可用于外壳有不规则凸起物的发动机装药包覆层胶接状态检测。

       

      Abstract: The lamb wave induced longitudinal wave technology is presented for testing the adhesive bonded quality of rocket motor cladding. An ultrasonic C scan auto-testing system is developed. The testing systems constitution, operating principle, software design and hardware development are described. This system can display the adhesive bonded quality images and estimate the adhesive bonded quality. Its core is an industrial controlling computer. Now it has been put into operation. Its performance is stable, and the testing precision is high. It can test the rocket motor cladding with the salient points on the surface.
