    钨合金壳体的超声检测及缺陷分析

    Ultrasonic Testing and Defect Analysis of Tungsten Alloy Shells

    • 摘要: 采用纵波直探头和自磨制经校准的斜楔横波探头,对钨合金壳体部件进行了检测,并对钨合金壳体的缺陷定位、典型缺陷及其对应的回波特征进行了研究。结果表明,采用超声检测能够检测出钨合金内的孔洞、裂纹及“鸟巢”等缺陷。单个孔洞反射回波高,前沿较尖锐;密集气孔回波参差不齐,根部互相连接;裂纹回波高而尖锐,底波有所下降;“鸟巢”缺陷的反射波根部有若干小波峰出现。

       

      Abstract: Defect location, representative defect and its ultrasonic echo characteristics corresponding of tungsten alloy shells had been systematically studied by both vertical wave sensors and transverse wave sensors calibrated after manufacturing. The results showed that, defects such as the hole, crack, bird’s net and the like, could be inspected using ultrasonic testing method. The echo of single hole was high, its front was steep edge; the echo of dense hole was connected and uneven; the echo of crack was high and keen-edged, the bottom echo was decline in some certain; the echo root of bird’s net had some small wave followed.
