Metal Magnetic Memory Testing Signals Characteristics and its Verification of Working Crane

摘要: 使用金属磁记忆检测方法对在役的双梁桥式起重机轨道进行了检测。检测结果表明, 起重机轨道的磁记忆信号异常部位多数呈现对称分布, 并与起重机工作时轨道的受力点相吻合; 而轨道上出现的不对称磁记忆异常信号, 是轨道自有应力集中或材料损伤所造成的, 这些部位应该成为以后的监测重点。Abstract: Metal Magnetic Memory(MMM) technology was used to test the double-beam bridge crane rails. The results showed that the most MMM signals were distributed symmetrically in the rails. The location of these MMM signals coincided with the area of the crane orbit. There were some asymmetric abnormal signals of MMM found in the rails. These MMM signals were caused by the own stress concentration or material damage of the rails. These places should be the focus of future testing.
