    桥梁预应力孔道压浆密实度的无损检测方法

    Nondestructive Testing Methods on Grouting Density of Pre-stressed Bridge Pore

    • 摘要: 桥梁预应力孔道压浆不饱满引起的钢绞线锈蚀,将缩短桥梁的使用寿命。采用初检和复检相结合,通过弹性波穿透法、超声波对测法和扫描式冲击回波法等无损检测手段,评定预应力孔道压浆质量,定位缺陷并采取相关补救措施。从检测结果分析来看,依靠无损检测,初检和复检相结合的检测方法是便捷、准确、可行的。

       

      Abstract: The non fullness of the grouting of pre-stressed bridge pore allows rapid loss of the pre-stresses, shortening life of the bridge. Initial inspection and re-examination using the method of combining through-elastic wave penetrate method, ultrasonic test and scanning shock echo method to test the grouting density of pre-stressed duct, assess duct grouting quality and locate defects, and further take related remedial measures. All these measures lead to control the grouting quality and ensure the pre-stressing effect. The test results and analysis proved that the relying on the combination of nondestructive testing technology and initial inspection and rechecking method is convenient, accurate and feasible.
