    超声扫描成像测井仪信号处理电路设计

    Design of Signal Processing Circuit in Ultrasound Imaging Logging Instrument

    • 摘要: 介绍了一种超声扫描成像测井仪信号处理电路的设计和实现。电路主要包括超声信号限幅电路、放大滤波电路、检波电路、A/D电路、FIFO电路以及单片机控制电路。电路采用了高频放大器以及差分放大器,很好地实现了对微弱超声回波信号的获取、放大、波形包络检波、A/D转换和缓存处理。试验表明,电路结构简单实用,获得了比较理想的回波包络信号。

       

      Abstract: This paper introduced the design and implementation of front circuit in the ultrasonic imaging logging instrument. This circuit mainly included impulse transmitting circuit, the boost circuit, the isolation limiter circuit, the filter circuit, and the differential detector circuit. MCU was used to control transmit circuit to incentive ultrasound probe in order to solve the receiving electromagnetic interference. The high-frequency amplifier and the differential amplifier were adopted to detect and amplify the signal envelope, so as to achieve a good signal of weak ultrasonic echo signal. Experiments showed that the circuit structure was simple and pratical, and could obtain a more satisfactory envelope signal.
