    分布式多通道超声波探伤系统的研制

    Development of Distributed Multi-Channel Ultrasonic Flaw Detection System

    • 摘要: 研制了分布式多通道超声波探伤系统。应用关键硬件FPGA组成嵌入式系统, 运用SOPC作实时控制, 模拟/数字电路集成化统一构成超声模块, 网络分布开放式结构, 不受计算机插卡数量限制。具有探伤检测速度快和判别缺陷准确, 现场抗干扰能力强, 通道数可多至上百通道, 实现功能模块化, 可自由组合、连线简便及功能可靠的特点。

       

      Abstract: A distributed multi-channel ultrasonic flaw detection system was developed. The key components of embedded systems hardware was Field Programmable Gate Array. The use of System on Programmable Chip accomplished real-time control, and analog and digital integrated circuits constitute ultrasonic module with open architecture network distribution and without the restrictions on the numbers of computer card. With fast and accurate flaw detection and on-site anti-interference ability, the system channels could be as high as many hundreds. The system was characteristic of the function of modular, free portfolio, simple connection and was functional and reliable.
