    超声检测声场计算模型的建立与仿真软件的开发

    The Establishment of Ultrasonic Field Calculation Model and the Development of Simulation Software

    • 摘要: 基于瑞利积分和Pencil法, 建立了声场半解析法计算模型; 基于基尔霍夫近似, GTD和波恩近似理论, 建立了超声场与缺陷相互作用的半解析法计算模型。以半解析法计算模型为核心, 开发了超声检测计算分析系统UT-CAS。该系统可实现超声检测发射声场和缺陷回波声场的快速计算, 可应用于探伤工艺设计、声场和缺陷信号辅助分析以及无损检测人员培训等。

       

      Abstract: The semi-analytical model used for the calculation of ultrasonic field was proposed based on Rayleigh Integration and Pencil method, and the semi-analytical model used for the calculation of crack face, crack edge and inclusion echo was proposed based on Kirchhoff approximation, GTD and Born approximation. An ultrasonic testing calculation and anlysis system(UT-CAS) was deveopled based on these models. UT-CAS could give a fast calculation of the radiated acoustic field and defect echo, and was helpful for data analysis, performance demonstration and NDT training.
