    活塞杆内壁缺陷检测的超声波探头设计

    Ultrasonic Inspection of Piston Rod Inner Wall of Aircraft Nose Undercarriage

    • 摘要: 针对飞机前起落架活塞杆内壁的超声探伤, 设计制作了能与管件耦合良好并能保持一定入射角的曲面横波多晶探头, 以产生所需声束, 解决了活塞杆内壁探伤技术难点。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the ultrasonic inspection to piston rod inner wall of aircraft nose undercarriage, the curved transverse wave multi-crystal probes were designed, which were good coupling with the pipeline and maintained a definite incident angle to excite suitable acoustic beam. The technical difficulty of inspection to inner wall of piston was solved.
