    钎焊型铜铝过渡线夹结合面的超声波检测及仿真

    The Ultrasonic Testing and Simulation for Brazed Joint of Copper and Aluminum Middle-Sized Device Clamps

    • 摘要: 分析了钎焊结合面的超声波检测原理,提出了一种适用于现场检测的钎焊型铜铝过渡线夹超声波检测技术。结合超声波仿真技术,确定了较佳的检测技术参数和方法。可以对三种典型结合状况作出明确判断,能准确测量缺陷面积,误差较小。经试验证实,结果准确有效,检测效率较高,可以在电网金属监督工作中推广应用。

       

      Abstract: The principle of ultrasonic detection of brazed joint is analysed, the ultrasonic testing technology for brazed joint of copper and aluminum middle-sized device clamps for field testing is presented in this paper. Supported by ultrasonic simulation technology, the better test parameters are given. The method can detect three typical area and measure the flaw area accurately. The test proved that the result is accurate and the technology is fast and efficient which can be applied in power grid metal metal supervision.
