    火力发电厂高温紧固螺栓的在役超声波检测

    Ultrasonic In-Service Inspection of Fastening Bolt in High-Temperature Thermal Power Plant

    • 摘要: 针对火力发电厂带加热孔高温紧固螺栓的超声波检测局限性,介绍了一种有加热孔高温紧固螺栓在回装热紧后和在役停机时,完全不拆卸罩帽情况下对螺栓进行超声波检验的方法。通过试验和在现场的实际检测证明,该方法能检测到1 mm深及以上裂纹,有效地解决了带加热孔高温紧固螺栓在回装热紧后与在役中进行监督检验的难题。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at overcoming the limitations of ultrasonic testing of high temperatures fastening bolt with a heating hole, this paper presents the method of ultrasonic flaw detection of the bolts on their being heated completely or during shut down period without dismantling the tight cap. This method can effectively detect over 1mm deep crack, and thus can overcome problems related with inspection of this type of bolt.
