    金属表面缺陷微波检测技术

    Microwave Detecting Technique of Defects on Metal Surface

    • 摘要: 为实现金属表面的非接触检测, 提出了微波检测方法。通过微波检测系统试验, 研究微波对不同材料和界面的反射与透射特性。结果表明, 微波技术在一定距离之外可对工程构件和材料进行检测, 为工程构件和材料的安全评估提供依据。

       

      Abstract: In order to realize non-contact detection of defects on metal surface, a new method of microwave detection was proposed. The reflection and transmission characteristics of microwaves in different materials and interfaces were investigated through the microwave detection system. The result showed that microwave technology can be used to test engineering components and materials with no contact, providing a theoretical basis for non-destructive testing of engineering safety assessment of components and materials.
