    温度对超声波检测缺陷定位定量的影响

    Temperature Effect on Quantitative Ultrasonic Testing of Defects

    • 摘要: 外界温度变化影响超声波检测缺陷的定位与定量。结合海洋工程生产实践,自行设计了恒温实验箱,以模拟工程现场环境温度。在-20~120 ℃范围内,开展温度对超声波检测缺陷定量定位影响的研究。得到了超声波横波声速变化对于深度测量影响的关系式,用以修正不同温度下的缺陷深度的定位,对超声波检测的准确定位和定量有一定作用。

       

      Abstract: The change of environment temperature often affects defect location and ration of ultrasonic testing. Combining with ocean engineering practice, an invariable temperature experiment chest which simulates engineering field environment temperature is designed to investigate the temperature effect on defect location and ration of ultrasonic testing in the range of -20~100 ℃. The relational expression for the change of transversal wave velocity on depth measurement was acquired and used to modify defect location in different temperature. This research performs direction function for ultrasonic testing.
