    客运索道钢丝绳电磁检测的缺陷定性和定量

    Qualitative and Quantitative Analysis of Defects on Passengers Ropeway Steel Wire Rope Electromagnetic Examination

    • 摘要: 电磁检测是目前检测钢丝绳最简便、最可靠的方法,而永磁体磁场又是较为稳定的磁场,能检测出稳定清晰的缺陷信号。结合钢丝绳实际检测记录图及数据,对缺陷信号进行了定性和定量分析,确定了钢丝绳金属断面的缩小值、断丝的局部聚集和断丝的增加率。

       

      Abstract: The method of electromagnetic examination is the easiest and most reliable one used presently for testing of the steel wire rope, and the more stable magnetic fields of permanent magnet can be used to detect the stable and clear signal of defects of the steel wire rope. By integrating the test records and data, qualitatively and quantitatively analyzing the test signal, this paper will confirm the percentage reduction of area of the steel wire rope, partial aggregation of broken wire and rate of increase of broken wire.
