    某核电工程支管焊缝射线检验问题及分析处理

    Analysis on Radiographic Testing for Branch Connection in Some NPP

    • 摘要: 针对在某核电工程的建造过程中,由于部分支管内部不可达而无法按规范要求内部布片进行射线透照的问题,立足于RCC-M规范要求,从设计改进、施工管理、检验方法方面进行探讨。提出一种基于Solidworks三维软件的参数化射线检验模型,对双壁单影透照支管进行了定量化分析,并对支管焊缝射线检验提出优化建议。

       

      Abstract: On construction of certain NPP, some films cannot be positioned inside the branch subjected to examination. This situation was caused by various reasons and deviate from codes. Designing improvement, construction management and RT techniques were discussed based on RCC-M requirements. A 3D model with radiation parameters was established by Solidworks software. RT technique for branch connection, using double wall exposure with single viewing, was quantitatively analyzed by this model. Through this model optimized suggestions were proposed for radiographic testing for branch connection.
