Analysis of Influence Factors on Pulsed Eddy Current Testing System

  • 摘要: 脉冲涡流检测系统中参数的选择对于提高缺陷的检测灵敏度具有重要的意义。分析了激励线圈的尺寸、激励脉冲的频率、占空比和电压等因素对脉冲涡流检测系统的影响,给出了实际检测过程中选择参数的原则。
    Abstract: For improving the detection sensitivity, it is important to choose the appropriate parameters for the pulsed eddy current PEC system. The influence factors such as the dimension of exciting coil, the frequency, the duty ratio and the voltage of exciting pulse were analysed, the principle of choosing testing parameters was proposed.
