    锆管缺陷的无损检测及处置措施

    Nondestructive Detection and Disposal Measures of Zirconium Tube Defects

    • 摘要: 通过对锆管缺陷的无损检测分析:超声尺寸测量缺陷主要有管材端部椭圆度超标、端头外径突然变小或变大、中间尺寸突然发生变化;超声检测缺陷主要有管材内表面纵向裂纹、外表面抛光划痕等缺陷;涡流检测缺陷主要有内表面粘结、酸洗尺寸不均匀等缺陷。针对以上缺陷,提出采取提高成品轧机轧制可靠性,优化成品管材轧制工模具设计、酸洗清除管坯及管材内表面粘结缺陷、抛光时选用合适砂带及启用抛光头缩回功能等措施,以提高核用锆合金管材无损检测成品率。

       

      Abstract: Through the analysis of the results of nondestructive testing of zirconium tube defect it is found that the main defects of the pipe by ultrasonic dimension measurement are end ellipticity exceeding the standard, large or small end diameter, and suddenly changing size in the middle part. The ultrasonic testing can mainly find the pipe inner surface longitudinal crack, outer surface polishing scratches and other defects. Eddy current inspection is mainly to find the surface bonding and pickling defects such as uneven size. Aiming at the above-mentioned defects by nondestructive testing of finished products, in order to increase the reliability of the finished pipe it was proposed that optimization design of rolling mill tool and die, pickling cleaning tube blank and the inner surface of the pipe sticking defect, and selecting suitable polishing belt and enabling polishing head retracted function disposal measures could increase the finished product rate while nondestructive testing of the nuclear zirconium alloy tubing.
