    饮料包装液位的电容检测法

    Capacitive Inspection Methods for the Fill Level of Beverage Package

    • 摘要: 简要介绍了目前国内外饮料生产过程中常用的五种液位检测方法,如射线、红外线、光学、红外热成像以及声波法。在对各种方法进行比较和分析的基础上,结合化工生产中普遍使用的接触式电容液位检测方法,重点介绍了非接触饮料液位的电容检测方法。该方法具有精度高、速度快、测量范围广、造价低的优点。

       

      Abstract: Five kinds of fill level inspection methods usually used in the beverage production were introduced. Which were X-ray, infrared rays, machine vision, thermal image and sound wave. A new non-contact capacitive fill level inspection method was introduced, compared and analyzed. The electrodes of the sensor were coupled to the neck of the bottle through an air gap. Because the dielectric constant of the water was much greater than air, glass or plastic, the electrodes capacitance was determined by the fill level in the bottle. This sensor had the advantages of high accuracy and speed, wide measuring range and low cost.
