    管-管板焊接接头射线数字成像自动检测系统设计

    Digital Radiographic Testing System Design for Tube and Tube-Sheet Weld

    • 摘要: 目前对列管式换热器和列管式反应器的检测主要采用射线胶片成像,不仅需要不断投入成本,而且检测速度慢,检测技术明显落后于当今高速发展的数字检测技术。设计了一种新型检测系统,该系统采用步进电机带动线阵探测器围绕被检管的轴线进行圆周旋转,采集数据后传入计算机,经过截取得到焊缝处关键数据,由此建立圆周扫描图像,并经过灰度处理等操作后由计算机屏幕显示给用户。同时该系统还具有辅助判断缺陷、测量缺陷大小、伪彩色处理、中值滤波、旋转图像、缩放图像和平移图像等实用功能。

       

      Abstract: Currently on the detection of heat exchanger tube and pipe reactor, film imaging is the main method, which not only requires constant input costs but also reduces detection speed. So a new system is developed, which uses stepper motor to drive the linear array detector rotating around the axis and scanning the weld. The data would be transmitted to the computer and the key data would be picked up to build the circular scanning image. After being gray processed, the image would be shown to the users on the computer screen. Besides this, the system has the following practical functions: assistant judgment on defects, measuring the size of the defect, pseudo-color processing, median filtering, rotating image, scaling image, moving image and so on.
