    低温环境下渗透检测灵敏度的提高

    Improve the Sensitivity of Liquid Penetrant Testing in Low Temperature

    • 摘要: 渗透检测广泛运用于焊缝和锅炉压力容器检验中,但低温环境适用性差。通过对渗透机理和气体热力学性质的分析,提出温差法渗透-逆温差法显像新方法,即人为制造温差,在高温时渗透,在低温时显像,然后在高温观察,能较大程度地提高检测灵敏度,并成功运用于实际工作中。

       

      Abstract: Liquid penetrant testing is widely used in weld examination and pressure equipment inspection, but its performance in low temperature is poor. A new technique named temperature-difference is put forward to give a solution, the mechanism of which is to penetrate in high temperature, develop in low temperature and observe in high temperature. The application results showed that the sensitivity was greatly improved.
