Abstract: Radiographic testing is one of the most important methods used in nondestructive testing of the special equipment, the quality of the film makes directly effect on the recognition and evaluation of the defects. Restricted to the economy, the scotographic was carried on manual operation. If the technology was not strictly executed, the pseudo-flaws would be displayed in the film. An inner-washer of the film was designed to solve the pseudo-flaws induced by the manual operation. In practice, the apparatus not only improved the quality of the film, but also reduced the labor intensity, which increased the work efficiency.
