Ultrasonic Phased Array Inspection Technology of Socket Welded Joint

摘要: 针对承插焊接接头内部缺陷无法检测的难题，研制了人工模拟裂纹试块，制定了相控阵检测工艺，并分析了相控阵的检测结果，评述了相控阵检测该类结构的优势及其应用前景。

Abstract: In order to inspect the interior default of the socket welded joint, ultrasonic phased array was applied based on developing the artificial defect block. The advantage and the prospect of ultrasonic phased array inspecting in socket welded joint were discussesed.
