Radiographic Testing of Butt Weld of Hastelloy C-276 Connected with 16Mn

  • 摘要: 分析哈氏合金C-276与16Mn两种材料对X射线的衰减特性,初步得出两者射线透照等效系数的可能范围。通过试验,获得了试验厚度范围内两种材料的射线透照等效系数。分析比较了三种大厚度比工件透照技术措施后,确定采用厚度补偿技术,并据此制作厚度补偿试块用于实际检测,解决了检测工作中工艺参数选择和底片质量控制的难题。
    Abstract: Analysis was made of the attenuation characteristics of two kinds of materials hastelloy C-276 and 16Mn to the X-ray and their radiographic equivalence coefficient range was initially concluded. Then, the radiographic equivalence coefficient in the applied thickness range of the two materials was obtained by testing. Through analyzing and comparing three RT technologies of large thickness ratio workpiece, it was determined to use thickness compensation technology, and accordingly make thickness compensation block used in the actual detection, and thus leading to solve the problem of process parameters’ determination and film quality control in RT work.
