    铁路辙叉高能X射线照相技术

    High Energetic XRay Radiographic Inspection Technology of the Crossing

    • 摘要: 铁路道岔中辙叉的材质为奥氏体高锰钢。若使用超声波方法进行检测,由于内部组织晶粒粗大,透声性能极差,会严重影响检验的准确性。为了有效控制铁路辙叉的内在质量,介绍采用高能X射线加速器拍片的方法,检测奥氏体高锰钢辙叉中的铸造缺陷。该方法检测灵敏度高、底片清晰、缺陷定位准确且易于判断,能够对被检辙叉作出详细准确的质量评定。

       

      Abstract: The crossing, as an important part of the turnout, is austenitic cast manganese. The austenitic structure inspection with ultrasonic had many disadvantages and the result of the inspection was not very accurate due to internal rough grain and poor acoustical transmission. In order to control effectively the internal quality of crossing, the radiography with highenergy radiation accelerator was used to detect directly the foundry defects in austenitic manganese crossing. Researches and practices showed that high energy testing was in: high sensitivity, legible film and accurate defect locating, which could qualify the product in detail and accuracy. Therefore, the energetic Xray radiography was a kind of effective inspection method.
