Image Reconstruction of Phased Ultrasonic Guided Wave Testing for Storage Tank Floor Defect

  • 摘要: 探讨了利用相控阵方法控制纵波探头阵列提高超声导波激励能量的方法。针对实际中不同的可达检测范围, 提出了可用的探头阵列布置方式。为提高超声信号的接收灵敏度, 引入了数字聚焦方法, 并给出了利用数字聚焦进行图像重建的基本公式。试验证明, 利用该公式进行图像重建是可行的, 能够对缺陷的位置和形貌等参数作出较为准确的反演。
    Abstract: The method of utilizing the control method of phased array was discussed. An arrayed longitudinal wave probe was controlled to enhance the excitation energy. Viable probe layouts were presented according to different size of inspection area. In order to improve the sensitivity of receiving signals, digital focusing method was adopted and the equation for image reconstruction was presented. The experiment showed that it was viable using this equation to locate the defect position and determine its size.
