Clogged Cracks and Maintenance of Type B Test Blocks in Penetrant Testing

摘要: 阐述了渗透检测用B型试块发生裂纹堵塞的识别及处理方法，对比试块裂纹形态在白光及黑光下是否一致是判断裂纹是否堵塞的有效方法，处理堵塞可用施加载荷法和用酸性液体清洗试块法。提出了使用维护应注意的事项，做到随用随清洗、随校正，小心保存。Abstract: This paper introduced the identification and solving method of the type B test blocks. The issues of usage and maintenance were also introduced in this paper.
