Study on Thickness Change of Alumina Protective Layer after Anodicoxidation Treatment by Laser Polarizing Interferometry

摘要: 采用激光偏振干涉法研究金属铝在阳极氧化过程中表面的氧化铝膜的厚度变化。对传统的激光偏振干涉光路进行改造,建立了一套实时观测和记录金属铝表面氧化处理过程的试验系统。从试验记录和干涉条纹分析可以直接得到氧化过程中铝表面产生氧化铝膜厚度变化的大小。Abstract: This paper presented a study of thickness change of aluminium surface under anodicoxidation treatment by the way of laser polarizing interferometry. A reconstruction was carried out with traditional laser polarizing interferometry arrangement to establish a set of real-time experimental system, which could inspect and record the course of test. According to the test record and analysis of interference fringe, the thickness change of aluminium surface under the process mentioned above would be gained directly.
