Abstract:
The tensile test of Q235 steel under static loading condition was done, and the stress of every level selected was tested by EMS2003 metal magnetic memory testing system . Results revealed that magnetic field intensity curves in elastic limit range were similar to those without load, and magnetic field intensity values increased remarkably in yield phase, and the number of passing zero changed irregularly. But the last rupture place was always approached by passing zero in elastic loading phase. The experiment indicated that the relations should exist between material structure change in the phase of plastic deformation and surface magnetic field intensity values, which provided the basis for the further research on magnetic memory testing.
