Quantitative Method of Density for Heterogeneous Texture Materials by Industrial X-Ray Computed Tomography

  • 摘要: 采用模拟试验的方法,研究了试件结构变化对CT值及图像噪声的影响。比较了线衰减系数对比法和密度对比法对壳体类非均匀结构件材料密度检测的适用性,给出了线衰减系数对比法中具有普遍使用意义的“等效能量”的获取方法——“残差平方和法”。试验表明,对于壳体类非均匀结构件,密度对比法的测量精度要优于线衰减系数对比法。研究内容对弹药装药工业CT定量检测方法的选择具有较好的指导意义。
    Abstract: Simulation test method was adopted to research the influence of the test objects structural changes on CT number and image noise; the line attenuation coefficient comparison method and density comparing method were also compared to determine the better way during the density test of shell materials with heterogeneous texture, and the residual sum of squares method, which was the common method in the line attenuation coefficient comparison method, was introduced to determine the effective energy. The test result showed that the accuracy of density comparing method was better than line attenuation coefficient comparison method during the density test of shell materials with heterogeneous texture. This result has better guiding significance on method selection in the quantitative test of charging density for ammunition by industrial X-ray computed tomography.
