Dynamic Filter Design in Ultrasonic Test for Joint of Polyethylene Pipe

摘要: 使用了超声相控阵技术及B扫描实时成像对各种聚乙烯管道焊接接头进行检测。超声相控阵检测系统中的接收动态滤波器模块对超声成像的图像分辨率和探测深度等指标有着较大的影响。进行了动态滤波器的设计, 并且运用到聚乙烯管道接头检测的工程实践中。

Abstract: We use the ultrasonic phased array and B scan real image technology to test different kinds of flaws in joint. The Receive Dynamic Filter is key parts in improving image quality. The article is about the design of Dynamic Filter, and the design result is later used in engineering.
