    航天铝合金锻件缺陷检测与成因

    Defect Detection and Reason of Aerospace Aluminum Alloy Forgings

    • 摘要: 针对航天型号某批次铝合金锻件在超声A扫描检测过程中存在较多超标缺陷的问题,采用超声相控阵、工业CT、渗透及金相分析等多种检测方法对缺陷进行了定性分析。结果表明:造成该批次锻件不合格的原因为原材料夹杂缺陷,以为后续锻件原材料采购及质量控制提供一定的参考依据。

       

      Abstract: The excessive defects in aerospace aluminum alloy forgings were found during the processing in ultrasonic A-scan inspection. Qualitative analysis of defects was performed by means of ultrasonic phased array inspection, industrial computed tomography, penetrant testing, metallographic analysis and so on. The results showed that the cause for disqualified forgings was inclusion defects in the aluminum alloy bar, and this conclusion would provide certain reference basis for subsequent raw materials procurement and quality control.
