The Influence of the Placement and Characterization of Defects on Echo Amplitude in Ultrasonic Testing

摘要: 制作不同规格的试件并埋入预制的人工模拟缺陷,通过对人工模拟缺陷的超声波回波幅度的测量,分析缺陷位置及形状对于超声波回波幅度的影响,对超声波检测缺陷的判定具有一定的指导作用。Abstract: The response amplitude shall be influenced by the location, shape, size and angle of defects in ultrasonic testing. This paper prepared several different type workpiece in which artificial defects were embedded. We measured the response amplitude of artificial defects and analyzed the influence for ultrasonic response amplitude by the location and types of defects. This paper might have guidance significance for ultrasonic testing.
