The Waveform Characteristics and Identification of Ultrasonic Guided Wave for Pipeline Corrosion Testing

  • 摘要: 叙述了超声导波检测管道腐蚀的机理,介绍了管道多种腐蚀导波检测的特征波形及管道导波检测腐蚀的识别经验。经实践验证,所述方法实用,减少了误判率。
    Abstract: Ultrasonic guided wave have some advantages in detecting corrosion of in-service pipelines. It is introduced in this paper about characteristic waveform of ultrasonic guided wave detection of pipeline corrosion, which is convenient for professional to identify smaller defects. By a large number of practice in ultrasonic guided wave detection, some experiences in identifying corrosion of ultrasonic guided wave detection were summarized, which have been validated in practice, decreasing rate of faulse calls.
