    装甲结构缺陷集成无损检测系统设计

    Design of Armor Structure Defect Integrated NDT System

    • 摘要: 针对钢和铝合金两种常用材料的装甲,采用微磁和超声无损检测技术相结合的方式设计了集成无损检测系统,实现对装甲结构缺陷的无损检测。小波分析和神经网络等信号处理算法的应用,实现了缺陷类型的自动分类,提高了检测系统智能化程度及结果的可靠性。使用VC++和Matlab混合编程的方式,实现了检测数据的实时采集与处理,提高了检测效率。该系统能够应用于多种现役武器装备装甲结构缺陷的无损检测中。

       

      Abstract: For two commonly used materials in armor, steel and aluminum alloy, an integrated non-destructive testing (NDT) system is designed to achieve NDT of armored structural defects using a combination of micro-magnetic and ultrasonic NDT technology. Wavelet analysis and neural networks signal processing algorithm is applied to enable the automatic classification of defect types, and improve the degree of intelligence and reliability of the results of the detection system. Complex programming of VC++ and Matlab was used to achieve a real-time acquisition and processing of test data to improve the detection efficiency. The system can be applied to mechanical structure defects in NDT of a variety of active weapons and equipment, which is to have a significant military and economic significance.
