    超声波曲面周向横波检测缺陷定位曲线图及分析

    Ultrasonic Circumferential Transversal Wave Examination of Surface Flaw Localization Curve Diagram and Analysis

    • 摘要: 横波周向探测曲面时,缺陷的定位是超声波检测经常遇到的问题之一,存在较多的定位方法,各有特长。提供了横波周向探测曲面时,外圆和内圆侧一次波、二次波缺陷定位的计算公式。介绍了曲线图的绘制方法和步骤,通过CAD制图或手工制图即可完成缺陷定位。最后对曲线图使用时的有关注意事项及适用范围进行了概括。

       

      Abstract: When using transversal wave to circumferentially survey surface, the circumferential flaw localization, is one problem that the ultrasonic wave testing meets frequently. There exist many localization methods in this aspect, with each having its own advantage and disadvantage respectively. This article, by using the transversal wave circumferential testing, analyzed flaw localization formula for the outer and internal annulus first wave and second wave. It expounded that the diagram of curves plan method and the step, draw up figure through the CAD charting method(also to be possible on coordinate paper manual charting) to carry on the localization to the flaw. Finally, it summarized matters needed attention and the applicable scope on the use of the related curves and figures.
