    运用振动声学原理实时在线检测瓷支柱绝缘子缺陷

    On-line Detection of Defects in Post Insulator via Acoustic Vibration Method

    • 摘要: 电力系统中的瓷支柱绝缘子的状态关系到发电厂和变电站的安全运行.针对瓷支柱绝缘子自身特点以及产生缺陷的规律,利用振动声学原理实时在线检测支柱绝缘子缺陷,有着理论和实践的依据,通过分析绝缘子振动功率谱,可以实现对绝缘子状态的评价.利用振动声学原理结合无线传输系统可实现对支柱绝缘子的高效检测,避免相邻检测周期间的缺陷不可探测的问题,同时避免环境因素导致的误判或人为误差.该技术的使用可以减少电力系统恶性事故的发生,保障电网安全.

       

      Abstract: The status of post insulators is related to the safety of power plants and substations.For post insulators have their own characteristics, the on-line detection of defects in post insulators via acoustic vibration method has both theoretical and practical basis, by analyzing the vibration spectrum of the post insulator, the status of the insulator could be evaluated.By combining acoustic vibration method with wireless transmission system, more efficient testing of post insulators could be achieved, hence avoiding the negation of defects sprouted between two adjacent detection periods, and misjudgment caused by environmental factors or human error.The fatal accidents of electric power system can be reduced by using this method, thus the safety of the grid is guaranted.
