    定量无损检测不确定度的软校准方法

    Soft Calibration Method to Uncertainty of Measurement About Nondestructive Quantitative Testing

    • 摘要: 常规无损检测具有的不确定性难以满足工程实际中无损评价和可靠性安全分析的基本要求。采用测量不确定度评定方法、逆回归分析、无损检测模糊理论和数据融合方法建立了无损检测测量不确定度评定的软校准方法。针对工程实例进行的计算和分析表明,在无损检测仪器系统准确度不变的情况下,软校准方法能够使检测结果的随机不确定度大幅度降低、系统不确定度明显降低,弥补常规“硬校准” 的部分缺点,明显提高数据品质,满足无损评价和可靠性安全分析、风险与寿命的设计基本要求。

       

      Abstract: Due to the non determinacy, the common nondestructive quantitative testing data could not meet the needs of the basic request of nondestructive evaluation and reliability safety analysis in engineering reality. In this paper, by the uncertainty evaluation method, the inverse regression analysis, the fuzzy theory and data fusion, the soft calibration method was built for uncertainty of measurement of nondestructive quantitative testing. The calculation and analysis results of some engineering example showed that based on the same accuracy of nondestructive testing instrument, the random and systematic uncertainty of measurements results of nondestructive quantitative testing data was clearly reduced by the soft calibration method, the quality of nondestructive quantitative testing data was raised clearly by overcoming some shortcoming of the common hard calibration. By the soft calibration method, the nondestructive quantitative testing data was capable of meeting the needs of the basic request for nondestructive evaluation and reliability safety analysis.
