Abstract: For the purpose of solving the material failure problem of pump head,the test sample piece was tested on the ultra-high pressure pump head material experimental simulation platform.The acoustic emission signal of the test sample piece was acquired and analyzed with the designed monitoring system.The AE signal of cracks was distinguished by wavelet transformation,which can be used to find the key point time of material failure,thus providing the experimental references for pump head material selection.It also provided the reference for online warning.
