Abstract: The method and instrument for testing metal percentage in the mining powder were introduced. The testing principles, design method and characteristics of the instrument were concerned. It should quickly obtain the testing result of the metal percentage in the mining powder as soon as the sensor inserts into the mining powder. The method substituted the physical chemistry means possessing practical value in the industry.
